Intro to Surface Design in Clay Workshop

What’s better on a rainy day than an Intro to Surface Design in Clay Workshop!!! Teachers Kim Allison and Kyle Day led 20 students in exploring more than a dozen surface design techniques including slip trailing and slip decorating; sgraffito and carving; hydroabrasion and acrylic resist; mishima inlay; mono printing; screen printing; underglaze transfers; and paper resist. What a full day! We cannot wait to see how our students use them in their own work.
